Fixed [5141] Expansion internal error

This is not the problem I have experienced. My issue is that I earned a Province Expansion on the world map and it is simply not available. I have tried clearing caches and refreshing but still no expansion to place. I'm now thinking a ticket may be in order after reading this thread.
