Sure I understand that.
But it is still IMO the best set of quests they have come up with so far - there are no glaringly impossible quests as was the case with most of the early events, where certain players either found progress physically impossible - or they were forced into over-scouting which they did not want to do, or to rip their cities to pieces to build lots of silly buildings that they would normally not have done.
For me, an event should supplement one's normal city building activity - it should not force one to destroy things already built, or do anything that does not fit in with one's normal game plan.
Jack, I totally appreciate and applaud what you do for our game. Thank you! But any city that has no settlement, and in its place has over 70 workshops, can't be considered to be "supplementing one's normal city building activity" ... lol. You may not have had any problem with this series of quests, but I can see a very big problem with a lot of cities that have a settlement taking up a sizable portion of their space; in fact, I might call this "glaringly impossible quests":
54. Gain a sack of Supplies (142 K) - 19 ribbons
55. Produce fresh Supplies (165 K) to provide to the inhabitants of your city - 20 ribbons
56. Gain a sack (1536 K) of Coins - 20 ribbons
57. Produce fresh Supplies (165 K) to provide to the inhabitants of your city - 20 ribbons
58. Gain a sack (142 K) of Supplies - 20 ribbons
59. Research 1 Technology or Gain 15 Vision Vapor - 21 ribbons
60. Solve 4 Spire Encounters or 4 Encounters - 21 ribbons
61. Produce a good amount (23 600) of any type of regular goods - 21 ribbons
60. Solve 2 Encounters or 8 Tournament Encounters - 21 ribbons
61. Produce a good amount of any Tier One goods (23,600) - 22 ribbons
62. Gain a sack (142 K) of Supplies - 22 ribbons
63. Produce fresh Supplies (59,250) for the local food market - 22 ribbon
