Could someone explain this please?
Apparently, level one workshops now only set for two minutes. Level 2 set for three minutes, level 3 sets for four minutes and level four and above sets for the five minutes.
Is this something to do with the FA?
Or a glitch??

This was a change that was made a month or so back. It's meant to benefit new players. I've asked how this will impact the FA and no response.

I even launched a bug report Jack, but apparently they don't like to explain things.

Wait, do you mean that changes made to one part of the game can affect other parts of the game?!

Silly you. Ofc they don´t :p

I agree with the "protesters": Too little info too late.
No info about exactly when it starts and ends. Just starts sometime 12. january, and presumably ends sometime later january o_O
INNO really should improve their planning/infomation skills.
Was it another gaming company, then you´ll say: They are excused by the pandemic
Blizzard prosponed their WoW expansion, and it was bugfilled when it came out. Ppl. ofc were a bit disapointed, but understood there were special cercumstances
The same may have happened to INNO, but their infolevel always sucks, so you can´t tell
I don´t see ANY good reason why they don´t inform about exact start and end times. That is ofc asuming they already have decided on it, when they announce the event.......

They announced the Adventures in-game for Beta on Sunday. The Adventures start on Tuesday. Yeesh.
Sometimes we don't see an announcement at all for Beta, as this is a testing server where things can and will change at any time. That's the point of Beta. It's not a set schedule server like the live worlds.
Preplanning is a luxury here when we receive it, not a requirement or guarantee.
Not trying to ruffle feathers but I think we need to realize why Beta is here in the first place. No, we don't get extra items to test things here. That's not how it's ever been done, as far as I remember...and we don't get advanced notifications all of the time, nor emails for events.
This is simply a place to play what is already chosen to be tested. That's what we agree to, as per rules and many other early threads from the Forum.
If things are not done with notice in the live worlds, then it can become an issue for players. But not in good ol' Beta. :)

It looks like the badges may have changed - I had 36000 last time for chapter XII and now it wants 31000
Please confirm whether your own chapter has changed?

It was reduced between beta and live worlds, so we're probably in synch with the live numbers now.

I did a bit of exploring for competition FA level and it really does confirm my position that going from 5 to 10 workshops for farms was a mistake. Taking the BS from 5 to 2 workshops and putting the farmers back a 5 would reduce this, and subbing out one or two of these badges for a t2/3 badge, or a t2 and a t3 badge

And, as predicted, there's a bunch of t1 for the bracelets that aren't finished leveling, but these are in addition to 6-7 that are fully leveled that aren't included in this picture.

I still think increasing the farmer from 5 to 10 9hr workshops was a mistake and it should have been left the same and the BS should have gone the other way, down to 2 or 3 24hr workshops. You still need a massive amount of converting land to ws for these badges.

Here is the list reported on bracelets amounts so far. We have a lot of information to collect yet:
Bracelet amounts per chapter,@ collect Tier 1 goods (any source)
Chapter 1 - 130
Chapter 2 - 520
Chapter 3 - 1830
Chapter 4 - 5600
Chapter 5 - 8900
Chapter 6 - 12.4k
Chapter 7 - 17.8k
Chapter 8 - 22k
Chapter 9 - 29k
Chapter 10 -37k
Chapter 11 -40k
Chapter 12 - 51k
Chapter 13 - 64k
Chapter 14 - 68k
Chapter 15 - 82k
Chapter 16 - 97k
Chapter 17 - 113k
Looks like Jack's chart was what had been updated for live and it has been reduced a little more since then. And the VV requirement went from 15 to 10 and now to 9.

The Arcane Residue badge is still way too expensive on vision vapour. Reducing it to 9 is a step in the right direction, but it will still be by far the most difficult badge. It doesn't really matter what anything else costs. Inno definitely wants to use this badge as a means to deplete people's resources so making the bracelet badge cheaper will only amplify that. It doesn't help any.

I totally agree, but there is recipes that give 9 VV that I frequently use as part of the game and I had to match them with some other small recipe that just wasted resources, so this is better.

9 is definitely better than 10. If it cost 7 then it would bring a bunch more recipes into the single use category... I'd start to call that progress when we get to 7. Even then it would be too expensive.
