Yes exactly. The issue isn't fixed completely (the exact reason hasn't been found yet), but we received the tool from the development team to apply a fix that can help almost everyone.

Maybe an in-game announcement would help affected players to know that they need to contact Support for a manual fix to their World Map?
Most players don't use the forum.

In my case it helps, since today evening i can do neighborly help again.

Hi folks! This issue should now be fixed for all except a very small number of players (a few so-called 'edge cases'). These remaining cases can be fixed individually by our support team, so please do raise a ticket if you are still affected.
