Duplicate world map doesn't work

Hi,
today I've this problem and I don't know if it's a bug: when I click on the village of my neighbours for motivating or for polishing, the map of their town is completely blank. Why?
It's the first time I've this kind of problem...
P.S.: I've already tried to clean cache etc...
