Duplicate When in Barracks, Mercenary Camp and Training Grounds cannot use time shorteners

Expected situation: When I click to use time shorteners on the fighting buildings it opens a page that lets me use the time shorteners.

Reproduction Steps
1.Open either Barracks, Training Grounds or Mercenary Camp
2.Put in Fighters you want to make
3.Click on remaining time
4. Choose the time shortener you want to use but now there are not time shorteners
5.

Add more steps if needed. Include only ONE action for each step!

you can't use time boosters at all.
Even the magic academy has this problem as well and speed building doesn't work as well.

cant use time boosters anywhere in city or spire plus spire is all messed up right when we are in middle of an FA

workaround is to use your time shorteners on the app.
