Duplicate upgrading residence lev 17 to lev 18 after collect coins

Current situation:
When you collect coins on a residence it's not possible to upgrade the level from 17 to 18 . You must do a refresh to be able to do it.

Expected situation:
Be able to upgrade the residence directly after collecting coins.
