Not a Bug Trader options change?

Not sure if this is a bug are just some new trader option.
Trader is trading your non-boosted goods for 1) boosted good. 2) gold, 3) supplies and only a specific amount (325). Is this some new update?

heheh that awkward moment when an update is bad enough that people assume it's a bug.

Please see the balancing changes in our Release Notes. This is indeed not a bug
