Duplicate Tournament quick button to province stays greyed out

Current situation:
When i go to the worldmap and click the elixir tournament button for the tournament screen on the right the 'qucik acces' buttons is greyed out for one province too much. Almost skipped it untill i noticed i can still attack in the province.

Expected situation:
Button should be green because the province is ready to fight in again.

Reproduction Steps (reproducible for 2 more hours untill tournament finishes).
1. Restart browser and login again
2. Go to worldmap
3. Click tournament
4. Button stays greyed out.

I reported that already 2 days ago, but for some reason it didn't get confirmed yet, while it is so obvious not right.

Confirmed, ALL provinces are grey-ed out in the list, even if the are all available! (for me, first level tournaments did work yesterday, now (second level) they don't)

The next LEVEL ONE province is available with a green icon, but all AVAILABLE level 2 provinces are grey-ed out.
