Current situation:
The drop-down menu (offer and Demand) in Advanced Trader is shaking when moving the mouse


Reproduction Steps
1. Open Advanced Trader dialog
2. Select Tab Accept offers or Place offer
3. Open drop-down menu for select productions
4. Move mouse pointer for select productions

what exactly do you mean with shaking? im not seeing anything, only the good im above gets highlighted and thats it. (are you maybe playing with zoom on?)

window in original scale. not zoomed. The list of goods is visible, but it shakes slightly - shifting to the side and back when the mouse moves.
If the mouse pointer is static, the drop-down menu is stable.

Seems it rescales on each content change, looking a bit different while scaling is not finished (either blurry or missaligned).
Mouseover is counted as change too (changed background).
So may be my original post is a bit different issue than merged thread.
