It worked during the summer solstice because the quest was "gain" 2 spells, now of wonky walters the quest is "produce" 2 spells, and people have reported that it doesn't work anymore. I don't want to waste 13h for a test though, so I cannot confirm this.

This is getting simply ridiculous. This contest tells us to scout 6 provinces and yet we are told that we are all scouting way too fast!!! Then stop telling us to scout things!!!!

Scouting 6 times would only be viable in the time provided if your scout times were under 24h, which is in keeping with Inno's statement that over 24h scoutimes mean you are too far ahead. But for anyone with a scout time of more than 13h scouting instead of making spells would be impractical anyways. Now if you have no MA and 3-4 day scout times......
