I can only visit (with some luck) 1 single neighbor, then returning to world map hangs, and the game needs to be reloaded.
On the live servers this (still) not happens, in 'deep night hours' (with lower numbers of players online) sometimes I can visit 2 neighbors.
As it's impossible to collect an 'important ammount' of coins this way, so the problem with 'you need supplies to get supplies' in then Get-X-Coins Quest is resolved.

As for as I already finished the investigations-tree, for me personally it's not important the game works again, but as far as I can see, there are still some players out there (some of them spending real monaey in a Beta-Game) who, yes wanna proceed.
