Cannot reproduce Residence upgrade gives more population then it should.

Reproducibility: looks like always

Current situation:
When i upgrade 2 residences from level 11 to 12 i get 120 population instead of 80 until i refresh the page.
I can even use the 40 more population to upgrade stuff and have -population after refreshing.

I didn't payed attention if it was the same when i upgraded to 11, but i have the feeling i had a short time more poulation back then.
So i will investigate further and test it for lower upgrade levels and for just one residence.

Expected situation:
Upgrade the residences and get 80 population

Reproduction Steps
1.
Upgrade 2 residences from 11 to 12
2. Optional: Build stuff to get close to 0 population
3. Refresh the page to get the correct population count

2 residences from 9 to 10 = 90 population until refresh instead of 60

edit 1:
one residence from 10-11 acts normal 30 population

edit 2:
i was not live on the page but the game was open and i didn't saw any population change after the refresh, after i upgraded 1 residence from 9 to 10.
Sadly i was not on when the upgrades of 2 residences from 10 to 11 finished, but i have still some more to upgrade in the next days :)
For now it looks like upgrading 2 residences at the same time gives 50% more population then it should until a page refresh .
Upgrading one at a time looks fine so far.

edit 3:
3 residences from 11 to 12 give 160 population instead of 120 (3x40)
So it's not 50% more.
Now it looks more like that one get population worth one residence more while upgrading 2 or more.

edit 4:
2 residences from 10 to 11 act normal, maybe the maintenance fixed it, or 10-11 is not affected

edit 5:
1 residence from 9 to 10 and two from 11 to 12. -> all normal

We have now re-tested this in version 0.15 and can no longer reproduce it. Does it still happen to anyone here?

Edit 4 and 5 in my previous post are post 0.15 and another upgrade of two residences from 11 to 12 acts normal too in the last days,
so I thought it was fixed, too, but just now i got 120 population until refresh after upgrading two residences from 12 to 13.

edit:
Also upgrading two from 13 to 14 gave 120 instead of 80 population

I can reproduce this issue, after the upgrade of 2 residences from 9 to 10 , I get 90 population more (instead of 60 normally).

Looks really inconsistent right now. After my last post I upgraded some more residences from 12 to 14 with no unusual behavior, until the last two from 12 to 13, which gave again more population until refresh.
