Reproducibility: happens again ( second time, first time a paar months ago )

Quest title: MIssing workers

Current situation:
Incorect number of workers

Expected situation:
cca +60 citizen more in city

Reproduction Steps
1. finished upgrade 2 houses lvl 14th - amount of workers 206 ( or 203)
2. upgraded gems manufactury to lvl 11th ( it needs 143 slaves )
3. amount of people was correct 60 - 63 i dont know ...
4. browser was restart
5. after restart browser I have 6 citizens ( without job

Thank you for reporting this to us, Hotofson. I believe this is a duplicate of this linked thread. Your current population (6) is correct, it was incorrect before that when your houses were upgraded. We were unable to reproduce the issue after a past game update, but since it's clearly still occurring I will return the thread to the main section with the hopes we can manage to narrow down the source/confirm if the issue has ressurfaced. Any information is of course welcome and appreciated.
