[Quests] Advisor names on bottom of avatars

Summary
Add name of advisor underneath their avatar in the quest screen.

Description
After a character says their name once they almost never say it again. So I've forgotten who my building adviser is and I'm not sure if my military adviser ever told me his name. Would it be possible for their name to appear under their profile picture?

Motivation
More connection to the game characters.

Agreed - this would be a very useful addition to the game

I think this idea won't need any more explanation, so I'll add a poll for it now. As explained here, everyone has 2 weeks to vote. When at least 20 players have voted and at least 80% is in favor of the idea, we will forward it

Maybe a tooltip with the name would be enough and doesn't cost any extra space.
