Current situation:
__ when the player buys KP through a foreign AW (will be clearer in the reproduction steps), the quest will not recognize that spent KP

Expected situation:
__ it should recognize the KP

Reproduction Steps
0. __ have quest 63
1. __ open another players city
2. __ open one of the AWs
3. __ buy a KP by hitting the + symbol
4. __ bought and immediately spent KP does not count towards the quest.
