I guess such threads were a reason why the whole Lounge was missing from "what's new" for a long time.

That was the best time...

I see the compromise - create subforum "Games", move such spammy threads there and remove it from "what's new".
That way we can notice actual conversations/songs/etc, but don't see endless +-1 spam.
