Duplicate Performance issues can be reported in the bug section

Performance issues can be reported in the bug section - here I report a performance issue - first try to access world map coming from a players city already hangs 3 hours on the same point. Will it process?

Hardware, browser etc. is not important as on live-servers (until now) this works.
