Friends group ??
Trading with friends ? Certainly won't help make the neighbourhood trade any better, might even start to interfere with fellowship trade.
Neighbourly help ? Go visit your neighbours daily, that'll make them more likely to accept your trades (if they're even close to reasonable).
So what's left... chat ?? well, maybe. But I've played games where in-game friends have become a nuisance
... a bit like phone ringing all the time when you're trying to figure something out. Ofc there's a time when a friend/tutor might be very handy, but fellowships might be just as good places for that as a friends groups.
