Current situation:
As I did my NH I have seen an interesting building. Unfortunately a mousover didn't give the name of this building, so it seems to be missing in game.

Expected situation:
See building information when doing a mouseover

Reproduction Steps

1. Visit the player in screenshot below
2. do a mouseover on marked building (you find it in the middle at the south east side of the city, right side from BH)

That's the Unleashed Unit Upgrade building. But you're right, no tooltip on mouseover.

Seeing that the Magnificent Mage Multiplier also has its tooltip missing, see
https://beta.forum.elvenar.com/inde...ssing-tooltip-when-visiting-random-city.8587/, I wouldn't be surprised if the Enlightened Light Range also has no tooltip on mouseover.
