Cannot reproduce [17226] Mage multiplier missing tooltip when visiting random city

Quest title: The March of the Herds event

Current situation:
Visiting city which got Mage Multiplier from event doesnt show any tooltip when hovering on it with mouse (other expiring building could be the same)

Expected situation:
It should atleast say its name like everything else

Reproduction Steps
1. Visit some city which got Mage Multiplier from event
2. Check there is no tooltip for this building

The description is still missing, but I really wonder why the building doesn't disappear at all - shouldn't it after 5 days?

No, the building remains in your city as long as you don't delete it. The special effect is gone though
