Duplicate FA quests progression is counted when playing from mobile

Reproducibility: 5/5 (1/5 = happened once; 2/5 = happens randomly; 3/5 = happens sometimes; 4/5 = happens often, but not always; 5/5 = happens always)

Current situation:
When you have FA quest active in browser version (collect x productions y times), and you are gathering goods/supplies on mobile app it's counted for FA quest.

Expected situation:

The way it's supposed to work, is this:

Things should only count towards Mobile QLE quests when you perform them on Mobile. The Mobile QLE quests should also not be visible in the browser version. The things that should count towards FA quests should only count when you perform them in the Browser version. In this version, you won't see the mobile quests and things will not count towards the mobile quests either.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Cycle FA quest in browser version
2. switch to mobile
3. gather goods/supplies required for quest
4. switch back to browser
5. notice quest progress

Add more steps if needed. Include only ONE action for each step!
