Duplicate Dwarf-related quests in fairy age quests are impossible to accomplish - must be removed

This is not really a bug, just a correction

In fairy age there is a quest that cannot be removed, which asks to delete the dwarven portal.
As soon as that happens, the dwarven redundant quests (gather granite, gather copper, build statues, build buckles) cannot be completed any more.

I read this is mandatory to progress to the fairies chapter.
