Not a Bug Circular quest: upgrade a boosted manufactory to level 11 or higher

Quest title: one of the circular quests: upgrade a boosted manufactory to level 11 or higher
Current situation:
You are in chapter 12 or higher and have unlocked the tier 4 or higher goods and one of them is your new boosted good factory
You get this quest and upgrade your tier 4 or higher factory but it doesn't count.

Expected situation:
I expect that my tier 4 or higher factories also count for this quest as soon as I have unlocked the boost for it.

Reproduction Steps
1. Be in chapter 20
2. Have unlocked your boosted tier 9 goods (from now on any factory is a boosted factory)
3. Get this quest and upgrade a boosted goods factory

This is only done on the right level factory.
So for your T4 factory this only counts if you are in CH12 or higher AND your T1+1 factory is at level 24 or higher
So for your T5 factory this only counts if you are in CH13 or higher AND your T2+1 factory is at level 24 or higher
So for your T6 factory this only counts if you are in CH14 or higher AND your T3+1 factory is at level 24 or higher
So for your T7 factory this only counts if you are in CH18 or higher AND your T1+2 factory is at level 32 or higher
So for your T8 factory this only counts if you are in CH19 or higher AND your T2+2 factory is at level 33 or higher
So for your T9 factory this only counts if you are in CH20 or higher AND your T3+2 factory is at level 34 or higher

This is only done on the right level factory.
So for your T4 factory this only counts if you are in CH12 or higher AND your T1+1 factory is at level 24 or higher

Don't you realize yourself, your making something clearly complicated and possibly full of bug, just because an old quest suddenly doesn't suit up to your expectations anymore?

Don't get me wrong I agree with you, if it says boosted manufactory, it should be all the boosted like you said, but most likely they will just update the text of this old quest, since its too much work to make it correct =)

This is indeed currently working as intended, so therefore not a bug. We will forward it as feedback though.

You may not see it as a bug but the moment a factory gets a bonus to what it is producing due to the relic bonus, it becomes a valid object of this quest.

Please keep in mind that on Beta, if something is working as intended (as in: nothing is broken or changed with its function or programming) then it cannot be considered a Bug or error, since it is working as it was meant to.
Rather, it is considered feedback once determined that nothing has gone wrong, as is the case here. That doesn't mean your feedback is incorrect or correct about the way something may currently function in the game. It simply means that the issue in question is working as it is intended to do. Please be respectful to the moderation team, who are doing their jobs, as they are suppose to.
Marindor and the QA team pass along feedback, should the issue be something to consider changing.
You are also welcome to create a Suggestion thread about the subject matter, as well, if you see something that in your opinion needs improvement.
