Maybe so, but I wonder. It hasn't been announced on beta yet. At least not by Inno. One would think they'd mention it on beta-forum first.
Also, 'soon' has several times been shown to have a different meaning for Inno than for the rest of the world.

Why to post a teaser for something that would appear in a couple of months or even later?
In my opinion, the new chapter will be released somewhere around end of this month - beginning of August.

When they posted the teaser on Facebook for the current event going on Beta, the event started within a week after the tease. If they do the same with this, probably it gets added here after the Monday update next week.

In the last year or so, Inno has created a reputation of not sharing information, either because they deemed it unnecessary (which we didn't agree to), not important (which we explained we thought it was) or because 'nobody was interested because nobody inquired about it' (which we did)!

Yeah we got this on EN server but not US or Beta.
Why do all of the orcs look like green skinned caricatures of vampires lately? It looked very offensive on Aunt Jemima, just saying.

This almost feels like they are going to release chapter 21 to both Live and Beta servers at the same time and that would be a huge mistake, considering how many bugs there usually are when a new chapter is released on Beta, especially for the last three or four. @Deadeye Jerry can you tell us anything about this?

maybe they have some longer term release schedule which might be about to be messed up because chapter migration (research tree), or something else, took longer than expected. so, close your eyes and jump... and hope nothing goes terribly wrong.

summer vacation in Hamburg is starting at July 13th this year. And normally there were no changes while vacation. It would be very "amusing" to have a new chapter starting during vacations.

Btw, announcemet were also on German servers.
