Current situation:
Even though my builders are motivated, I always have 0 construction boost available. (Builders motivated today at 10:14 and 18:18 today, also twice yesterday, but I couldn't use any construction boosts for the 1 upgrade I did yesterday and the 1 new building today.)
Expected situation:
Each time one of my neighbours motivate my builders I should be able to get a 10% time reduction for upgrades or new constructions.
Reproduction Steps
1. Have my builders motivated.
2. Start an upgrade/a construction.
3. See that time is not reduced by 10%.
4. Check builders and notice 0 construction boosts available.
PS: Not so sure I should be mentioning this (it's my first time reporting a bug on the forum), but for the past couple of weeks I'd say builders have gone a little crazy, ahah, like showing 4 available boosts even though I can technically only have one or showing no builders available at all (but still able to upgrade and build)... I thought it was fixed but another problem replaced it...
