Duplicate Another player name in your city

How to reproduce:
visit someone, press 'world map', press 'return home'
it won't work if you miss any of these steps.

you will see another player's name and portrait as if you were visiting someone. You can press 'neighborly help' but you won't be able to do anything with it.
