Fixed [4607] quest pop-up which reappear

General Description (Overview):

What I expected to happen:
That the pop-up never reappear again after having closed it

What actually happened:
The same pop-up appear again and again each time I complete or decline a quest

How often has this happened:
I've complete and decline few repeatable quests and it appear each time.
I've tried with another browser (Chrome V 41.0.2272.89 m) and it's the same.
Clear the browser/flash cache don't solve it neither.

This bug might be related to this one HERE, but for this one the pop-up was appearing when completing a quest AND when refreshing/log in the game.

Here the pop-up appear when you decline/complete a quest, but never when you refresh/log in.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Get the pop-up and click to close it
2. Decline a quest
3. See the same pop-up again, click to close it

or

1. Get the pop-up and click to close it
2. Complete a repeatable quest
3. See the same pop-up again, click to close it

Thank you for reporting this to us, Liathary. Do you by any chance remember with which quest this started happening for you? And are you still experiencing it?

Yes, I'm still experiencing it.

Like said above, it start with the quest "Remember the fatricidial war". The quest juste before the pop-up appears asked me to unlock the research expansion under Ent pomotion, but I don't remember the exact name.
I didn't have any problem with all the other pop-up before this one.

EDIT : the problem disappear after having complete the quest Remember the fatricidial war.

I apologize for the delay in getting a reply to you. Having discussed this behavior it seems to be intended and it's related to certain quests. We will however continue monitoring the situation to ensure it's not happening where it's not supposed to.

Who would like/need to see the same message appear again and again and again for at least 2 days?
(55 knowledge points between ents promotion and splendid stone of arts)

For me if this is really intended to work like that, this feature makes no sense....
