Fixed [38007]server error on NH

Reproducibility: 4/5 (1/5 = happened once; 2/5 = happens randomly; 3/5 = happens sometimes; 4/5 = happens often, but not always; 5/5 = happens always)

Quest title: (if applicable)

Current situation:
__ on the worldmap,
__ when you go into a city and give NH
__ you get a server error (half the time)

Expected situation:
__ when you give NH, you expect to get gold and be able to move on
__

Reproduction Steps
1. go on the worldmap
2. enter a neighbours city
3. give NH
4. hope for the best, expect the worst
5.

Add more steps if needed. Include only ONE action for each step!

How is this a duplicate? where is the "other" report?
 
One of my neighbors told me that he is in quest 22 and the NH is not counted on browser and app.
Did someone else mention the same issue?

@Brummbaer: that's not a solution.
To collect money or to fulfill quest no.22 you have to give "neighbourly help". It should not matter what kind of neighbour it is.
 
Yes, that is not a solution for the issue itself. Inno has to fix the problem.
I have only offered a workaround for quests asking for NH.
Sorry if a created a missunderstanding with the word "solution"

Same here, got this error only trying to NH one player but i can't polish both from the app and browser-I needed to collect coins for one mission so I tried
 
same issue here, both from app and from a pc.

it happened yesterday after a certain amount of NH, and today I was able to help a few players and then it went wrong.
 
I only got this bug yesterday, but as a chapter 2 player I barely can progress without the NH now. Especially as I had to buy some KP from my coins for quests.... I'm broke.
