Fixed [17747] Indicator of new news stays there forever

Current situation:
if you get new notification in news window and you dont read them at all till it disappear, the notificaion icon showing number of new news stays there forever indicating that there is something you can read, even after realod of the game.

Expected situation:
After i click on news window icon and news window appears showing me that there is no new news the indicator of number should disappear

Reproduction Steps
1. get for example 2 new news
2. dont click on the icon of new news until after they disappear internally
3. after they disappeared internally click on news icon
4. news window will appear showing that there is no new news
5. close that news window
6. news icon still indicating there are new news
7. reload the game
8. new news still indicating there are new news, while there is nothing

This has also been reported here and as explained there, this is not a bug but works as intended. You can mention it as a suggestion for improvement though in the Feedback Thread about the News window if you think it should be changed.
