Yes, this happened to me several times as well. I recieved the message of somebody helping me and even the icon is visible over the mainhall, but no coin is showing and even a reload won't fix it. Its just gone.

you are not losing anything it just not showing on main hall
how this bug works is that with every update on game it removes collectable coin from main hall, so you cant collect anything, but once you get another NH on main hall while you are online or offline (not sure about this yet) you will get a chance to collect it, it will shows as 1 NH but below coin storage it will show all not-collected coins till that moment (usually in millions) and since we have update every day or even 3 times per day its quite often here on beta, on live its with every update aswell

We can confirm this issue, with the following reproduction steps:

Be offline when aided
Notice that no aids are available upon login
Get aided while online
Notice that you get the aid, stating 1 pick up
Pick up and notice all previously (lost) aids are also picked up

Me too for what it's worth
Just logged in this afternoon and noticed 2 people had donated to my Main Hall but there was nothing there

and me, neighbours have donated but nothing to collect

Edit - Really getting fed up with this now and it is now also doing it on EN1 and 2. I see it is a confirmed bug, when is it going to be a fixed one please?

It seems that my MH is working Ok now. Do you still have this problem Dony?

1. get MH help before update
2. update game to new version
3. notice no coin over MH
4. get another MH help
5. game states only 1 MH
6. after picking it up, it shows over MH 1 NH, but below top bar 2 NHs

After today's update this seems even worse.

After first 4 repro steps, game doesn't show help at all, no coin icon above MH. Reloading doesn't fix it. C;ear browsing history doesn't fix it.

And I can't collect my MH coins at all.

you need to wait for 1 help on main hall then you will be able to collect all, but i am not 100% sure with todays update if it works like that, it did work like that yesterday evening for me tho
