I have the same problem with campus lvl 2. Somebody can answer me in frech to resolve it ?

I also have the same problem with Necromancy Faculty. I collect resources but I don't get it and can't start new production. Also I can't upgrade this building.

This issue should be fixed now. Faculties and other buildings work when Campus and other portals are upgrading. If Im wrong, please let me know here .

Issue seems to be back
Upgraded Fairy Portal tonight from 1 to 2, now I can't collect Nightshade.
Disconnercted portal from tracks, street, moved it, moved nightfarm, nothing helps.

@Flabbes The Fairy Portal Site on your screenshot is level 2. You need a level 3 Fairy Portal Site to be able to store Night Essence
