Fixed [11215] Visiting member fails with JSON error and reloads the game

Reproducibility: 5/5 = happens always

Current situation:
Visiting my member "Mami007" does not work, and crahes the game with a JSON parse error.
Visiting neighbors also fails, with "Stream Error".

Expected situation:
JSON should be formatted and parsed correctly. Visiting members or neighboUrs should work and not crash the game.

Same here except game version 1.13
Was visiting a neighbour from worldmap, succeeded once then the "invalid JSON parser input" error.
Seems that you posted just a minute ago, so maybe tied to (very) recent update.

Thanks guys, we can confirm this happening. Could you all please post the names of the players that give you this error so we can look for common factors in their cities which might cause this?

I am not 100% sure, but it looks that only players who logged in game after latest version upgrade can be visited.

I have this problem with all the members of my fellowship (Roseshadow of Rivendell) apart from MasterWho, saukaron, eaddan, SeleneEgleriel, Daigen, Lucy21 and yet Erinstar.
With my neighbours, I tried only Saltoinbanco and Chicohuahua, I stopped here, I didn't try the others.
