Duplicate Wrong rune received as tournament reward

Reproducibility: 5/5 at least so far. Our fellowship earned runes only once


Current situation:
When you get your fellowship tournament reward, it is possible to receive a rune for a wonder you have not researched yet.

Expected situation:
You should only be able to receive a rune for wonders that are researched

Reproduction Steps:
1. Reach a high fellowship reward in the tournament.
2. Do not have all the ancient wonders researched yet (in that case, Elves are not researched yet)
3. See which rune you get (in this case I got the flying academy)
4. __
5. __

Add more steps if needed. Include only ONE action for each step!

Expected situation:
You should only be able to receive a rune for wonders that are researched

Since everyone in the fellowship gets the same rune:
if that was how they designed it, then some fellowships would be getting no reward (for those people in the fellowship who havent researched any wonder tech) or only golden abyss or soemthing.
