Current situation:
__When you go to motivate player who motivated your city in last (23 hour or less) and in notification he have a "green hand" (should have "gold hand") - the reward is only a coins


Expected situation:
__From motivation player in specified time (23 hour after his motivation) The reward is a coins and supply

Reproduction Steps:
1. go to your city
2. open notification window
3. go to motivate player whos motiwatve you 23 hour or less and in notificate window have green hand
4. motivate player
5. get only a coins

This 'helping hands' bug is really persistent and now it got even worse. Yesterdays update caused this. I have to check how we will deal with this thread, cause it is connected with famous bug.

This is duplicate of persistent bug, which didn't appear today. Lets hope that it'll stay like that.
