Thank you for reporting this to us. It does not seem like we are able to reproduce this, we see the intended -40% attack.

Are these Golems II attacking your own Archers? Or the opposite (enemy Archers attacking your Golem II)? Was the enemy hit by any other unit before this took place?

We have tested this further and cannot recreate your issue.

Archers get -40% damage when attacking Golem II (http://prntscr.com/78sap5) and Golem II get +20% when attacking Archers (http://prntscr.com/78sb5a) which is how it's meant to work. Will mark this as cannot reproduce, should you have more information do let us know.
