fix the mail notifications bug out. It's driving me bonkers either looking and no message has been sent, or ignoring it and missing an importent message.
it is coming up to a year old in May when it was first reported & comfirmed in the bugs thread and again in June (duplicate)
Peeps we have to keep bugging them as much as possible, as much as it bugs us and maybe they might get around to fix what must be a simple issue? so come give this a +1 every day to keep up pressure.
