This was posted on the US server. I thought it might help here. I'm only on quest 3 currently.

1. produce beverages 60 times
2. gain 1k marble, 1k steel, & 1k planks
3. scout 1 province or make 1 power of provision
4. gain 5k supplies
5. gain 17 relics ((tour relics count))
6. scout 3 provinces or make 3 power of provision
7. produce advanced tools 10 times
8. produce 3 armchairs (1 day prod), 3 wooden chests (9 hr prod)
& 3 toolboxes (in wkshp)
(this will probably change to your tier 1 boost)
9. produce 12 wooden figurines (3 hr prod) & make beverages 20 times
10. make 2 power of provision spells 2 times
(must collect them 1 at a time or they won't register)
11. spend 40 kps & gain 50k in coins
12. train 300 units & produce simple tools 120 times

I don't know. Good question. I guess we will see how accurate this list is?

maybe it's just quest 6, that was changed. as the other 5 were accurate.

somehow, this quest seems to be quite time consuming, especially considering that others have MA on lvl 2. (I have it on lvl 4, which is actually quite nice to have).

I also have solve 11 encounters or produce 2 spells.
But I can confirm tournament encounters don't fullfill the solve encounters part.

Oh great, another event that I can't finish because I still refuse to build that worthless academy ... really, why should I waste the space since I got so many spells during the Summer Solstice event, that I could use them for weeks, even months without having to produce more of them - not even considering that I don't need them because they neither fortify my troops nor accelerate the production of the guest race goods, which are for me the most critical blocking points ...

so far, this list was right on the quests that were already discovered, and wrong at the quest that was not known to us prior to that posting.

so there is a good chance that there is an alternative option. although at quest #3, I wouldn't call "scout a province" an alternative option.

10. I made 2 power of provision spells, collected 1 at the time as adviced. that was enough, no other set of 2 spells required.

Yep - The money part is no problem... and don't want to rub it in, but lucky me had enough of resources to negotiate through a cpl of provinces. That combined with that inspiring meditation spell (and indeed the posted list) and I had enough kp's in store to hop to last quest. Which is...

*sound of grinding coming from barracks and workshops*

10. 11. and 12. are same as kitty said
that spells must be made separately, if you collect 2 created it counts for 1
