Quest title: a beautiful and romantic valentines tale

Current situation:
__ I'm in the woodelven chapter, and the reward gaelagils balcony has the value 240 citizen, 720 culture. this seems to be a bit low, compared to the size of 3x2. in the winter quest, there were daily prizes with similar values but just 2x1 size. for comparison, the other prize has 3x3 and 2200 culture, which is quite okay for the woodelven chapter.

There were also way better culture buildings in the winter event. I suspect since the questline is only 23 quests which is quite easy to achieve the prize isnt too big. The quest is all about the storyline rather then a high reward.

This is actually correct.

chapter 1 gives you 38 population and 113 culture ;-)
