Not a Bug Upgrading AW doesnt make your MC to train faster, not even after relog

Current situation:
Upgrading Flying Academy doesnt increase production speed of Mercenary Camp for currect queue, not even after you relog the game

Expected:
Ancient wonder should have effect in place after upgrading it

Reproduction steps:
1. open Mercenay Camp
2. fill all 5 slots with units
3. observe time needed to train
4. upgrade Flying academy, even 5 levels in a row
5. open Mercenary Camp
6. observe that time didnt changed
7. relog the game
8. open Mercenary Camp
9. observe that time didnt changed
10. cancel squads from queue
11. fill new squads into queue
12. observe that time got finally updated

It's intended to work this way; queue time gets decided when the production starts, not half way so any update can't count.
