Answered Upgrade 4 armories to what?

Does the level of armories matter? Do they all have to be different buildings?
Can someone please tell me exactly what I have to do to complete this quest?

What level they are now shouldn't matter, just upgrade 4 of them. Upgrading the same one twice or more should also work. I can't remember how i completed it, but since it doesn't mention a specific level, simply upgrading them should work.

I don't remember exactly but can be that I build my 4th armory for that quest (what I don't regret)

Well, guess what?
I built a new armory and upgraded it thrice. This counted for the quest, and I was 3 out of 4.
Then I decided to upgrade my older, bigger armory from level 6 to level 7.
It did NOT count!
A bug?...

Yeah those upgrade quests are still really buggy. I had one last night where I had to upgrade two boosted manufactories. You can imagine how it ended... This is no fun at all...
