Unable to Upgrade Buildings

Since yesterday I have been unable to upgrade buildings - I did 1 successfully and then I got a message saying internal error when I tried another building. I keep checking and the upgrade option is greyed out all the time. I have all the required requisites to do the upgrades.

Our apologies for the delayed response here on the forum. We see that you have already sent in a ticket regarding this subject (and received an answer to it). It would be nice if we could continue this conversation via support. The cause seems to be the same as with this bug, so that would require us to forward your case if that is indeed the problem.
