Not a Bug Unable to Collect Supplies

At times I have been unable to collect supplies from my workshops even though the required time has passed. I can open the workshop window but buttons such as upgrade are 'greyed out'. Sometimes after a few minutes I can collect the supplies, sometimes it's a few hours.

Denali is correct

On Elvenar there is a storage limit for coins and supplies. When your storage is full you cannot collect until you spend some. You can increase your storage space by upgrading your main hall.

Thanks Both, didn't realise that. In some ways this game is very similar to Forge of Empires but in others it's very different.
