Cannot reproduce Travelling merchant can be built without street requirement

Current situation:
Traveling Merchants can be built without street connected to them, if you place 1 tile of street next to it, builder stop building and missing street connection icon shows upon them. Possible other event buildings are affected as well.

Expected situation:
It should be build near street if it require street


Reproduction Steps
1. Place Travelling Merchant anywhere on the map where there is no street
2. See that building is built and after finished it doesnt show problem with street connection
3. (optional) while building place 1 tile of street next to building (it doesnt need to be connected to main hall)
4. (optional) builder will stop, because its not connected to main hall

Hi Dony! So far we were unable to reproduce your issue. Does it still happen 5/5 for you (so were you able to try with more than 1 Travelling Merchant)? Are there maybe some specific steps we're missing in order to be able to reproduce this issue?

i won 1 merchant II and 2x merchant III and it was same for all, i have tried it today with grounds of the orc strategist and that worked OK (it didnt build outside of street)

Set to 'Cannot Reproduce' as we are unable to reproduce this anymore with the current game version. However, we will grant the Diamonds, as we could reproduce the issue with the same game version that the issue was reported in.
