Duplicate Tourney Timer isn't working anymore

Current situation: when I move the mouse over the tourney icon on the province screen, I cannot see the time of the tournament start

Expected situation:
I expect to see the start time of the tournament and the type of tournament

tourney icon - same thing, click on event questgiver to see timer.

Reproduction Steps.

1. Click on the icon for world map
2. Hover mouse over tournament tent.
3. Took tip for the countdown to next tournament does not appear.
