Hey Elvarians. 
A workaround for this would be to go into your World Map, click on the Tournament banner on the top, left hand side of the screen (on browser) and tab over to the "Province" section. From there, you can access all of your available tournament provinces.
We hope to have this resolved as soon as we can.
We'll lock this thread now, since we already have a Bug Report.
