Duplicate the contest #16 upgrade 4 buildings to lvl 5 or higher

the weekly quest #16 contest, 4 building to lvl 5 or higher, so far i've complete 1 new residence to lvl 5 next upgrade is to 6 but the quest is not showing i have 1 of 4 buildings done?
This is a bug?

seems the workign is a bit off or misleading IMO.
the quest says "upgrade to lvl 5 or greater" that means => then 5, but i just finished upgrading a house to level 6 and it took it

so in reality its > the 5, not sure if still a bug or just rewrite the wording a bit to be celar what it takes

I have the same problem, with workshops, upgraded more than level 5, 6, 7 and the quest is not validated

yes adn i asked same issue in another thread, adn mods dont' answer, but contest is over now was not able to finish got stuck mid way thru quest 16
But i know the answers already this is beta expect bugs and issues.
What i don't expect is no answers from the mods
