Not a Bug Text missing from buildings

On NL1 I have a descriptive text for most buildings like this:

Her on Beta the text is missing:

Is most noticeable on event buildings but also on AW:

Not a bug. See that "I" in the corner of each building's picture? Point at it and you will get a tooltip with the description.

I like it beter the old way, then it was immediately visible now I have to do an extra click / move mouse over "!".

this is indeed an change that was in thursdays daily update.
It wasnt in the patchnotes yet, which usually means the change is not totally complete yet.
So maybe you will like it better when its completely finished
