Fixed [TEXT][4293] "You got a Production Boost"

Hi,

The text saying we got a Production boost lacks a capital letter to "relics" if I compare with the legend of the matching icon.

Thank you for pointing this inconsistency out. Capitalization of names of goods etc. should be standardized throughout.
