Fixed [TEXT][4293] Tutorial spelling error

In the tutorial quest called "Solve Encounters for Knowledge" it says:
Negotiate or fight 5 encounters. If a province is solved, scout an new one.

Of course, this should be: scout a new one :)

Yes you are right that 'scout a new one' would be grammatically correct.
